As CTO of Voxify, Amit Desai evangelizes and researches advanced speech technology and voice user interfaces that empower some of the industry's most successful Automated Agents™ for customer service. Mr. Desai provides expertise in voice user interfaces, speech recognition, and platform software to help guide Voxify's technology direction. Mr. Desai's prior experience includes senior executive positions at Personify and Anubis. He holds a degree in Computer Science from MIT.
