Darla is responsible for cultivating harmonious relationships between clients and end users of self-service applications. She is ultimately responsible for creating strategic business roadmaps for large Fortune 500 clients to ensure they achieve their business goals and meet their customers’ needs. Past experience includes leading the user interface design team, as well as usability testing and tuning responsibilities that enable a unique perspective on creating realistic and effective solutions. Darla also has hands-on experience in user interface design, leading successful large-scale projects and deploying complex applications while maintaining a collaborative relationship with the client.
