Ditech Networks and YouMail Partner to Revolutionize Voicemail

Ditech Networks, a provider of advanced voice processing solutions, and YouMail, a provider of communication applications and services for smartphones, announced a partnership today that will enable both companies to more rapidly bring enhanced voicemail and messaging applications to carriers, enterprises and consumers.

The companies announced that YouMail’s  hosted communications platform now uses Ditech’s PhoneTag platform for both human-assisted and automated voice-to-text transcription services. The combined service offering enables carriers and enterprises around the world to rapidly offer cloud-based voicemail, as well as related voice services, and generally requires no integration with legacy voicemail services.
