Temnorod, co-founder of Broadvox, will remain chairman and CEO; Eugene Blumin, co-founder of Broadvox, will remain chief operating officer. Joining the Broadvox management team are Scott Drake, chief financial officer, and Frank Grillo, executive vice president of product marketing and implementation services. The company will maintain its headquarters in Dallas with operations in Atlanta and Cleveland, and will have approximately 250 employees and revenues in excess of $100 million.
