The 2010 Implementation Awards
In 1986, Janet Jackson asked the burning question: “What have you done for me lately?” That query is as valid today as it was almost 25 years ago, and it’s one that is repeated over and over again in the boardroom by executives looking for a return on their speech technology investments. In a tough economy, it’s critical that project managers justify the expense with cost savings, revenue impacts, and other hard financial numbers. But other often less obvious results, such as greater productivity and improved customer service, are just as important. The four companies highlighted on the following pages have seen both types of benefits from their speech deployments, and that’s why we honor them as this year’s Implementation Award winners.
