NMS Technologies Now Rated Avaya-Compliant

NMS Communications yesterday announced that its Vision Media Gateway and SS7 Signaling Server are compliant with key IP telephony and contact center solutions from Avaya. 

The Vision product offerings have been compliance-tested by Avaya for compatibility with the Web Services-based Avaya Voice Portal 4.0, an interactive response platform used by both enterprise and carrier customers as a central component of their customer contact center operations. The highly scalable, carrier-grade Vision Media Gateway and Signaling Server are deployed globally and built on open, industry-standard technology, allowing Avaya’s IP-based Voice Portal solution to be used in any network, anywhere.
