PATLive Releases Voice Broadcasting Service
PATLive released its Voice Broadcasting System last week after several months of beta testing. PATLive's Voice Broadcasting Service enables organizations to simultaneously contact multiple people.
The service is popular with businesses, educational institutions, and political campaigns, since thousands of messages containing product updates, emergency alerts, as well as campaign information can be sent at once. Messages are disseminated 24/7 and online access allows users to upload call distribution lists they've created for their broadcasts.
PATLive's advanced system recognizes whether a machine or a live person answers the phone, and users of the service can tailor broadcasts accordingly. The technology also enables call recipients to respond to messages by pressing a button to request further information; confirm, reject, or reschedule appointments; or speak to a live person. Users can combine voice broadcasting with the company's Messaging Executive service to enable recipients to place orders and listen to a voice hotline 24/7. When used in conjunction with the PATLive Auto Attendant, recipients can be directed to an appropriate department.
