Envox Worldwide and VoltDelta Launch Envox OnDemand
WESTBOROUGH, Mass. & NEW YORK - Envox Worldwide and Volt Delta Resources, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Volt Information Sciences, Inc. (NYSE: VOL), introduced Envox OnDemand.

Envox Worldwide and VoltDelta have been providing customized carrier-grade automation and alternate delivery solutions together for over five years in the directory assistance and enhanced services market. These solutions include:

- Multiple delivery options
Customization can be applied and modified at not only the group level, but at the personalized level of the individual caller. The Envox/VoltDelta solution provides international hosting capabilities.
Envox OnDemand's applications are: contact center (including call routing); voice self-service; and unified communications. Also available through Envox OnDemand are live agent services with options ranging from short-term overflow capabilities to outsourced contact centers. All Envox OnDemand solutions are hosted at VoltDelta's two VoIP-enabled facilities.
Cost Management Group, a provider of facility cost management and vendor tracking services, has already signed on to this new service.
