Acapela Speech-enables App-line's Sibilo Offer

App-line partnered with Acapela to speech-enable its Sibilo® range in Europe, Canada and Northern Africa.

App-line's Sibilo® range - with main products Sibilo Voice and Sibilo Contact Center - includes development solutions and can be integrated into third-party products: CRM, professional applications, help desk software, etc. Sibilo Voice is a new generation Interactive Voice Response server (IVR). It has built-in VoiceXML portal development functions. Sibilo Voice uses SSML (Speech Synthesis Mark-up Language), which is used to control audio output parameters such as pronunciation, volume, tone, speed, etc. The software architecture of Sibilo Voice enables the deployment of platforms in multi-IVR mode.
