Convergys Joins BPO Services Powered by SAP Program

CINCINNATI - Convergys Corporation was accepted into the "BPO Services Powered by SAP" program.  Convergys is expanding its 10-year SAP relationship to help accelerate and increase the global growth of its employee care business.

As a SAP partner, the Convergys HR technology platform of full-range HRO (human resources outsourcing) services is in a position to offer a global delivery model for outsourced human resource services by integrating with SAP solutions.  The "BPO Services Powered by SAP" program helps businesses execute an outsourcing strategy by supporting the set up and ongoing operations of BPO delivery platforms in collaboration with BPO providers.

Convergys and other partners in the program have met SAP's certification standards.  Convergys is currently implementing global SAP BPO initiatives with DuPont and Whirlpool Corporation.

As part of the program's framework, each partner company provides respective HRO expertise and services based on SAP solutions and the SAP NetWeaver™ platform.
