bridgeSpeak Launches bridgeSpeak AR 1.4
MADISON HEIGHTS, Mich. - bridgeSpeak LLC released bridgeSpeak AR 1.4, the latest version of bridgeSpeak's vertically integrated communication system for automotive dealerships. The new release includes several new features and enhancements that have been requested by customers.
Some highlights of the release include:
- Updated CSI follow up to include language asking customers to please return any manufacturer surveys they receive.
- During CSI follow up calls, dissatisfied customers can record a message with details of the problem.
- Added 'Car is ready' notifications: When an RO is closed, bridgeSpeak AR will call the customer, notify them that their car is ready to be picked up, and give the hours that the dealership is open on that day.
Enhanced reporting gives dealers more details about how bridgeSpeak AR is interacting with customers.
- Added "modes" to the Auto Attendant: Each mode can have its own greeting, and its own operator. So if the main operator does not work weekends, for example, the weekend mode could point to another person who does work weekends.
- Added "chaining" to the Auto Attendant: For example, a store may have multiple brands with each service department having their own extension. If a customer asks for "service," chaining lets the Auto Attendant ask another question, such as "Would you like Ford or Mazda service?"
bridgeSpeak AR is built on Microsoft® Speech Server 2004 R2.
