SonicRecruit Releases New SonicIVR

VANCOUVER, BC - Cytiva Software (TSX VENTURE:CRX.V), a provider of on-demand recruiting software solutions, released SonicIVR, a new module that combines interactive voice recognition (IVR) capabilities with its recruiting software solution.

Now SonicRecruit clients can utilize voice recognition technology to accept employment applications and screen applicants over the phone. Further, this new IVR module allows clients to contact prospective candidates with potential jobs and collect responses over the phone.

All candidate data is imported into SonicRecruit where recruiters can begin the vetting process with the search, ranking, and hiring process automation features.
