NSC Adds Spanish-US Support to its ASR Engine

RISHON LEZION, Israel - Natural Speech Communication Ltd.'s (NSC) ASR engine supports Spanish as spoken in large parts of the US (Spanish-US).

By adding Spanish-US to its list of supported languages, NSC now supports 7 languages, including North American English, Russian, German, British English, Hebrew and Arabic.

The database for this dialect was created as part of the SALA consortium, which was established to produce speech databases for languages and dialects as spoken across Latin America, representing a population of over 35 million people.
