NMS Communications Partners with Interactive Media and Netcentrex

BOSTON - Italian telecom solutions provider, Interactive Media, is using the NMS Communications' Vision Video Transcoder to provide one of Italy's telecom operators with a new 3G-324M solution to be used to meet consumer demand for fixed-line home videophone service.

Interactive Media designs and delivers systems for computer/telephony applications throughout Italy and the world. The company is using NMS's Vision Video Transcoder, Video Access toolkit and other NMS products to implement a conversational video gateway between 3G mobile video phone users and fixed SIP-based video phone users in their homes. The Vision Video Transcoder is a member of the Vision family of application-ready media servers and gateways, which are designed to help OEMs and application providers bring converged multimedia applications to market.

Netcentrex Uses NMS Communications' Multimedia Offerings

Netcentrex is using the NMS Communications' multimedia products to create and deploy new 3G voice and video solutions.

Netcentrex develops solutions that enable telecom operators and service providers to deliver voice, video, data and fixed-mobile converged services such as IP telephony, video telephony, Triple Play and IP Centrex.  Netcentrex produced a solution using NMS's Video Access toolkit and 3G-324M-compliant video platform.
