Alex Choy Appointed Edify Vice President of Engineering
SANTA CLARA, CA - Edify® Corporation announced Alex Choy has been named vice president of engineering. Choy will be responsible for maintaining long-term technical strategies and processes.
"Alex Choy has a tremendous track record of success in leading the development of complex, yet highly reliable software systems from requirements through release and his breadth of experience brings an exceptional set of skills to Edify," said Mitch Mandich, CEO at Edify. "His ability to drive strategies and motivate teams throughout his career gives us the confidence that he will take Edify's product solutions to the next level of development and innovation."
Prior to joining Edify, Choy held positions as worldwide senior vice president of engineering at Interwoven and vice president of engineering at Veritas.
"Edify is known to be a company of technological innovation and product superiority," said Choy. "I'm looking forward to leveraging my skills to build upon these strengths and contribute to a company that is well recognized as an industry leader."
Edify also announced Ken Waln will focus exclusively as Edify's chief technology officer to drive the continued adoption of Edify's innovative technology solutions that automate the convergence of voice, speech, and platform data integration to enhance customer service and reduce costs for customers worldwide.
