AVST Offers New IP Integration for the Mitel 3300 ICP PBX

FOOTHILL RANCH, Calif. - Applied Voice and Speech Technologies, Inc. (AVST) announced a new IP-based integration between the AVST CallXpress® unified communications solution and the Mitel® 3300 Integrated Communications Platform (ICP) PBX using the Mitel Telephony Application Interface (MiTAI). 

The CallXpress IP integration utilizes the Mitel telephony API for call control and MiAUDIO IP phone emulation software for media control, to perform all call processing over a TCP/IP connection to the 3300 ICP telephone system.  Voice cards are no longer required for the CallXpress system to integrate with the 3300 ICP.
