Adeptra's Auto-resolution Services for Collections is an automated, virtual contact center. Adeptra's solutions offer account pre-filtering options; scripts and calling strategies; and, integration with payment options.
Utilizing Envox 6 Studio's graphical development environment, Adeptra designed the call flows and response options for a personalized dialog. Envox 6 includes integration with SpeechWorks RealSpeak from ScanSoft to turn text into synthesized speech.
