HTI Receives Dialog Designer Certification from Nuance

HTI Voice Solutions, in conjunction with Nuance (Nasdaq: NUAN), announced that Annie Clark Ferreira has been recognized as a Certified Dialog Designer.
This distinction is part of the Nuance Certified Consultant Program, which validates the expertise necessary for successful speech implementations and offers an impartial measure of the consultant's knowledge. A certified dialog designer has demonstrated advanced proficiency in the design of voice user interfaces that optimize the end user experience.
