CYGCOM Supports MicrosoftSpeech Server with SpeechWatch Release

CYGCOM unveiled Release 1.2 of the SpeechWatch Monitoring, Alarming and Notification Console for the Microsoft Speech Server environment.  The SpeechWatch Console offers ISVs a tool in automating the support functions of the server environment by identifying and diagnosing issues thereby allowing ISVs to define and implement repeatable support processes.

SpeechWatch Release 1.2 provides additional features and functionality including an expanded list of alarms and performance monitoring, configurable alarming thresholds and configurable e-mail notifications by specific alarm.  The SpeechWatch Console, powered by UXComm, monitors utility computing and Intel telephony resources within the Speech Server computing network using: Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), the Intelligent Platform Management Interface (IPMI) and the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) - including the condition and performance of Web servers, CTI servers, SQL servers and other Microsoft Speech Server dependent systems.
