LocusDialog Chosen by National Bank

MONTREAL, CANADA - National Bank of Arizona has deployed the recently introduced LocusDialogSTS Lite speech recognition system. The Lite system allows callers to request a name or a service and get connected without requiring a live operator. A member of the LocusDialogSTS family of enterprise speech telephony solutions, LocusDialogSTS Lite is specifically designed to provide internal as well as frontline speech-enabled call routing for small and medium size organization s, and also large organizations with multiple branch offices.
