Voxware and RedPrairie Sign Strategic Partnership Agreement

WAUKESHA, WI and PRINCETON, NJ - Voxware Inc. (OTC: VOXW) and RedPrairie Corporation have concluded a strategic partnership agreement giving RedPrairie the right to resell and deliver Voxware's flagship product, VoiceLogistics, to RedPrairie customers. "Our two companies have already been working together on major accounts, and we have found strong synergies between our product lines," said Jackie Jordan, Voxware's vice president of alliances. "We have jointly-developed, real-time interfaces between VoiceLogistics and key DigitaLogistix® application modules, which unite the power of Voxware's voice-directed picking with RedPrairie's superior warehouse management software." The combined DigitaLogistix and VoiceLogistics products are used by warehouse workers. Enterprises can leverage this technology to optimize the contribution of their distribution center workforce.
