Envox Worldwide Adds CPT International as a Partner to Deliver Hosted Voice Solutions

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. and ATLANTA, Ga. - Envox Worldwide has added CPT International as a partner, enabling the company to offer developers using the Envox 6 platform a hosted alternative to customer premise equipment (CPE) deployment through the Voice Harbor service.

Envox 6 is a platform with integrated application development and management components. A multi-modal platform, Envox 6 allows developers to create a range of voice solutions by combining call control functions with built-in speech, Web, e-mail, fax and data communications capabilities. In addition, Envox 6 supports an array of communications and IT technologies, including: speech technologies, VoiceXML, Host Media Processing (HMP), VoIP, and Web services.
