Datria and VoiceObjects Forge Strategic Alliance

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. and COLOGNE, Germany - Datria and VoiceObjects signed a partnership agreement that will serve as a flexible foundation for the companies' relationship.  Both companies will work together to implement Datria's voice-driven workforce applications with VoiceObjects X5.  Additionally, Datria will expand its application offerings of employee-facing applications based on VoiceObjects X5 that will serve all parts of the enterprise. 

Datria will integrate existing and create new voice-driven workforce applications based on the reusable object-oriented concept of VoiceObjects.  Datria's current applications allow mobile workers access to existing field service management applications via a voice user interface (VUI). With Datria's applications, field technicians can access and update information such as work order information, status, driving directions, and parts availability. Field workers are able to communicate with existing corporate systems.

The VoiceObjects X5 platform provides the base for voice application management and IT infrastructure integration, and support of all major speech platforms. Integrated data-capture and reporting and analysis through VoiceObjects Analyzer offer insight into the application usage.
