(NASDAQ: SEBL), a provider of multichannel business applications software. As an extension of Genesys' alliance with Siebel, this validation builds on Siebel Systems' existing Genesys Gplus validations for Siebel 2000, Siebel 7 and Siebel 7.5. Siebel Systems provides a proven set of industry-specific best practices, CRM applications software, and business processes. With the Genesys Gplus Adapter for Siebel 7, enterprises are able to provide call center representatives more data, interaction and call control capabilities for blended voice and multimedia from within Siebel eBusiness Applications. Currently there are more than 100 customers worldwide using Genesys Gplus adapters for Siebel.
