Voxeo Acquires VoiceReady

ORLANDO, Fla. - Voxeo Corporation acquired VoiceReady, a privately held company whose Web-based graphical design and reporting solutions enable the delivery and management of VoiceXML and VoIP-based telephony applications. VoiceReady will be re-launched on August 30th as Evolution Designer and will become part of Voxeo's Evolution customer and developer portal.

Evolution Designer enables delivery of speech, VoIP, and IVR applications. Evolution Community is a voice application developer program with over 21,000 registered members who have created more than 38,000 applications.
