Alston Tascom to Offer Speech Recognition Applications

CHINO, CA and SAN DIEGO, CA - Alston Tascom Inc., a provider of end-to-end contact center solutions and telephone answering systems, announced the selection of LumenVox's Speech Recognition Engine (SRE) as the platform of choice for enhancing speech-based applications. Alston Tascom will be speech enabling their Tascom Evolution product. Tascom Evolution is a digital telephony switch with an IVR and ACD, which also provides integrated voice mail and voice logging capabilities. Through the partnership with LumenVox, Alston Tascom will now offer their customers speech recognition.
