NSC and Metaphor Partner on Telephony Voice Driven Services

NEW YORK, NY and WELLESLEY, MA - Natural Speech Communication Ltd. (NSC), and Metaphor Solutions announced a partnership intended to promote telephony voice driven services. The two companies have aligned to provide the products and services needed to develop, deploy and maintain voice driven services.

As part of the agreement, NSC and Metaphor will offer speech driven IVR applications, which will be offered to customers either as host-based or as deployed on-premise. The two companies will also work together on market and customer development activities, targeting speech solutions in a range of industries.
