Loquendo's Gabriela Becomes Voice of Check Express

TURIN, ITALY - CTI Dealer, a Brazil-based IVR Platform developer, and Loquendo, have signed an agreement whereby Loquendo's multilingual text-to speech and automatic speech recognition engines will be offered within CTI Dealer's IVR platform.

Within the context of this partnership, CTI Dealer has integrated Loquendo TTS text-to-speech software within the new IVR platform it has developed for Check Express, one of Brazil's check verification and credit restriction vendors. The company has over 22,000 active customers throughout Brazil, serviced by over 100 resellers in all main regions.

Users of Check Express' new IVR platform can now choose from a menu of automated services and receive information read to them in the lifelike synthetic speech voice of Loquendo TTS Gabriela in Brazilian Portuguese.
