iVoice Installs Store Locator IVR for Perfumania

The iVoice Store Locator IVR system installed at Perfumania allows callers to enter their zip code and the system returns information about the nearest Perfumania retail location relative to the caller's location within a pre-specified mile radius. Besides the address of the nearest store, the system also provides the phone number and will allow the caller to request another location convenient to them. "The system was pre-configured at iVoice. When we received the system, it was up and running within an hour. Changes are easy to make and the system has run flawlessly", said Terry Head, Director of Information Services at Perfumania.
