TeleData Technology Partners with Natural Speech Communication (NSC)

Teledata Technology has partnered with NSC to develop a range of messaging solutions based on automatic speech recognition (ASR) technology. NSC has developed a family of DSP-based boards, designed for the PCI platform.

The first implementation was for an insurance company located in Boston, Mass., which was in need of a messaging solution that included Speech Recognition Directory Assistance. The advantage of NSC's board is that it can be configured to support multiple grammars and languages without taking the resources of the CPU or RAM required for the messaging application.
