VoiceWise Incorporates LumenVox Speech Recognition into Clarity Complete and Clarity ASR Systems

VoiceWise Technologies incorporated LumenVox's Speech Recognition Engine (SRE) into the VoiceWise Clarity Complete and Clarity ASR Systems.

The Clarity Complete System is a speech platform solution for contact centers and business sites. Voice processing, automated data collection, and call distribution are combined in the package. It provides advanced ACD functionality, voice-based data collection and distribution, and call transfer and bridging.

Clarity ASR is automated speech recognition for network and telephony. Clarity ASR allows developers working in SOAP, VXML, SALT, C, C++, Visual Basic, and other development languages to create and deploy real-time speech recognition applications.
