After a strong Yes vote in the ETSI membership approval process (0% NO votes) an approved and published ETSI Standard, ES 202 076, now updated to version 1.1.2 (some typos corrected), is downloadable from the ETSI Web, http://www.etsi.org. A possible extension to include more languages (EU official, European majority, etc.) will be examined under 2003.
