CCComplete Chooses AT&T Natural Voices Telephony Server Software for Field Notification

CCComplete has chosen Wizzard Software's offering of ATandT Natural Voices Server Edition Software Development Kit to use in a customized Field Notification Service (FNS). CCComplete creates and hosts communication services for a variety of businesses in a number of sectors, including retail, medical, and human resources.

CCComplete is providing a Field Notification Service (FNS) on an outsourced basis to a producer of LASIK eye-surgery systems. As their deployed systems go through the cycles of installation, maintenance and repair, their client keeps its management and field technicians informed about the state of each system by entering data through FNS Web pages that are created and hosted by CCComplete Inc. The FNS responds by sending alerts out to a client-maintained list of subscribers. The alerts are issued through several media formats, including automated voice-calls. The ATandT Natural Voices TTS Server speech engine is used to produce speech from text entered into the Web forms.
