Barclays International Realty Selects iVoice

Barclays International Realty has installed an iVoice Speech-Enabled Auto Attendant.

Barclays International Realty implemented a solution that includes iVoice Speech-Enabled Auto Attendant installed in conjunction with the Comdial phone system. By installing the iVoice Speech-Enabled Auto Attendant, their customers can call in and speak the name of the person or department they are looking for and be transferred.

The Auto Attendant was sold and installed by iVoice partner Communications by Johnson. iVoice's Speech-Enabled Auto Attendant system allows customers to use their own voic to navigate to the person they want to speak with.
