Supernormal Launches Voice Agents

Supernormal, a company transforming spoken communication though artificial intelligence, has launched Voice Agents, a platform for creating custom voice agents that can field inbound sales calls and customer support inquiries, gather survey responses, act as smart assistants in video meetings, and lead additional conversations completely on their own.

Supernormal will also offer pre-built customizable templates for the following four in-demand use cases:

  • Inbound Sales Agents to screen inbound sales prospects, including gathering company information, answering product questions, and scheduling follow up meetings via calendar integrations.
  • Survey Agents that can run respondents through lists of questions.
  • Scheduling Agents for appointments and meetings.
  • Norma, an in-meeting sidekick that can answer questions, summarize information from previous discussions, and help with brainstorming.

Voice Agents integrates seamlessly with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and other meeting platforms.
