Unifonic Acquires Sestek
Unifonic, a communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) provider in the Middle East, has acquired Sestek, a conversational automation company. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition diversifies Unifonic's offerings and expands its geographical reach as a customer engagement company.
