Speech Processing Joins RingCentral’s Channel Partner Program

Speech Processing Solutions, a provider of professional dictation and speech-to-text solutions, has joined RingCentral's channel partner program as a sub-agent. As part of the program, Speech Processing Solutions will exclusively offer RingCentral's unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) solution to customers.

In addition, Speech Processing Solutions will integrate with RingCentral, enabling mutual clients toi transcribe audio files, such as recordings, calls, or voicemails, into Philips SpeechLive, a browser-based dictation and transcription solution. Users can record calls on their mobile devices from anywhere with the RingCentral app and transfer them to Philips SpeechLive for further processing into written documents.

With Philips SpeechLive, customers can do the following:

• Automatically transfer call recordings from the RingCentral softphone app to SpeechLive;
• Work from a desk or mobile phone;</li/>
• Send document to live assistant or speech recognition software to automatically convert spoken word to text;
• Protect recorded data and transcripts;
• Add additional users at any time; and</li/>
• Choose a pay-as-you-go transcription service or speech recognition;
