IstTek Announces Official European Launch

Contact center and customer experience software provider IstTek is bringing its customer experience suite to the European market through its European strategic channel partnerships initiative.

COVID-19 has highlighted that companies need to be doing all they can to be reassuring their customers online, and our products help enhance the overall customer experience as well as gain deeper customer insights," said IstTek CEO Josh Ayres in a statement.

IstTek's contact center and customer experience product portfolio includes a customer experience and messaging platform, a contact center agent desktop solution, speech-to-text solutions, digital signage and wallboards, customer journey analytics, and the Botter chatbot.
