LumenVox Releases Version 18.0.400

LumenVox has released version 18.0.400 of its LumenVox Speech Solutions with new and enhanced features that focus on security and flexibility.

With this version, LumenVox added Media Server support for MRCPv2 over the TLS protocol and support for secure SIP (SIPS) connections and encrypted audio packet transmission over the SRTP protocol.

The company also added support to load alternate language models when using short utterance transcription, support for Windows Server 2019 Operating Systems and deprecated support for Windows Server 2008 and Windows 7. The dashboard diagnostic capabilities were also extended for TLS protocol functionality/testing and enhanced with the ability to back up and restore configuration settings from the diagnostic page of the dashboard.
