LumenVox Set to Launch Version 15.0

LumenVox is set to mark its 15th year in business with the release of Version 15.0 of the LumenVox product suite.

Highlights of the LumenVox 15.0 product suite include a new grammar compilation engine, providing improved performance within the Automated Speech Recognizer (ASR). Extensive security enhancements have also been added to the LumenVox Dashboard as well as updates to the company's Flexible Licensing communications. Version 15.0 also introduces additional administrative and diagnostic functionality, including SNMP support with new monitoring of server communications, license failures, and systems events, all with configurable trap notifications.

LumenVox Version 15.0 also adds Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to allow system metrics to be recorded over time.  In addition, the Media Server now has Call Detail Record (CDR) logging, which provides in-depth information about individual call sessions. The functionality is useful in supporting multitenant environments. LumenVox has also added 42 new built-in grammars for all of their supported languages.
