Convergys Partners with Telia Norge for Networked IVR

Through a deal signed last week, Convergys will supply its Network IVR Solution to Telia Norge, allowing the Norwegian telecommunications provider, to offer cloud-based voice and video services to domestic and business subscribers throughout the Nordic region.

"The Convergys platform satisfies our current and foreseeable media processing needs, and combined with the ability to run the services from our private cloud, we now have a very cost-effective solution," said Francisco Valseca, project manager for Telia Norge, in a statement. "Convergys' IVR allows us to consolidate voice services into one single platform."
