ReadSpeaker has signed a distribution partnership with Ivona Software, an Amazon company, to provide text-to-speech solutions across a wide range of applications in the accessibility market.
ReadSpeaker will provide text-to-speech for locally hosted servers, embedded text-to-speech, and SAPI., all powered with IVONA voices. Developers will be able to choose from 51 distinct voices in 22 languages.
Amazon acquired Polish text-to-speech company Ivona Software in January 2013.
