Red Box Launches Quantify Recording Solution for Skype for Business
Red Box Recorders, a specialist in voice and data monitoring for compliance, has launched the Quantify recording solution for Microsoft's Skype for Business.
Quantify for Skype for Business enables users to capture and retrieve voice, instant messages, and video. The product can also capture voice and data from other leading UC platforms, including Cisco Systems' Jabber. In addition, users can access Quantify's tools for event reconstruction and workforce optimization.
