LumenVox Releases Version 14.1.100

LumenVox today released Version 14.1.100 of its speech software.

Highlights of this release include a completely new diagnostic interface that has been built into the browser-based LumenVox Dashboard. The new interface makes system configuration more intuitive and provides analytical tools for system configuration and operability. The improved Dashboard provides troubleshooting and management and allows users to filter setting classifications based on basic, intermediate, or advanced options.

The enhancements you will see in LumenVox 14.1.100 have been driven by partner feedback and requests," said Ed Miller, CEO of LumenVox, in a statement. "For instance, to support the growing LumenVox global customer base we have made additional improvements to the Dashboard that include additional support for international languages as well as enriched support for all available ASR languages."

LumenVox also developed a new WebAPI to enable data center managers to remotely monitor the status of LumenVox services and integrate this information into existing Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) or other monitoring systems. This allows high-demand users to configure scalable, fault-tolerant clusters of LumenVox servicers to deliver robust speech-enabled solutions.
