West Acquires ClientTell and Magnetic North

West, a provider of technology-enabled communication services, has completed its acquisition of ClientTell,  a provider of automated notifications and lab reporting services to the healthcare industry, for $38 million. ClientTell will become part of West's interactive services line of business.

West also recently announced its acquisition of Magnetic North, a United Kingdom-based provider of hosted customer contact center and unified communications solutions to enterprises, for $39 million. Magnetic North offers its international client base complete multichannel, cloud-based solutions via a fully integrated, feature-rich platform. The technology that Magnetic North has developed will be used across West to enable clients to deliver seamless and contextual multichannel consumer experiences.
