SafeAuto to Implement One's ContactOne Solution

One, a developer of software for the insurance industry, announced today that SafeAuto, a low-cost auto insurance provider, has selected the company's ContactOne product to automate calling and messaging functions.

ContactOne will send automated voice, SMS, or email notifications to policyholders for upcoming due dates or expirations and alert them to items that need immediate action or attention. Customers can then make credit card payments by pressing a single digit on their phones or by clicking a link in an email or SMS notification.

SafeAuto will also implement One's ProcessOne solution to automate the collections and billing processes.
