iVoices IVR Installed by Housing Authority in Decatur, Ga.

MATAWAN, NJ - iVoice, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC) announced The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur, Ga., has installed and developed an IVR application with iVoice's IVR Application Generator Tool. The Housing Authority of the City of Decatur provides both public housing and Section 8 housing to residents of Decatur. Applicants for housing are placed on a waiting lists based on certain criteria. The waiting list presently has approximately 7,000 applicants. The iVoice IVR application is used to allow applicants to call in and discover what their position is on several lists by dialing in their Social Security Number. An access database is also used to maintain a record of all the calls received.
