iVoice Introduces New Voice Dialing Capabilities
MATAWAN, NJ - iVoice Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IVOC), a developer of speech recognition technology, announced a new hands-free feature to its Speech Enabled Auto Attendant that allows an outbound caller the ability to speak the number they wish to dial. iVoice has incorporated an automatic dialing module into their Speech Enabled Auto Attendant which provides the ability to make an outbound call by speaking the digits of the telephone number. Once logged into The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant, an outbound caller in your organization says "Dial" then a password followed by the number to be called. The significance is that there is no pre-programmed list of contacts to set-up, maintain or select from. The iVoice Speech Enabled Auto Attendant allows businesses to incorporate speech recognition into their current communications systems without duplicating their current voicemail applications. Using a customized dictionary of names and extension numbers, callers contact their intended party using their spoken voice. The Speech Enabled Auto Attendant has received the Editor's Choice Award from TMC Labs and is featured in Communications Solutions Magazine's November 2001 issue.
