iVoice Delivers IVR Application Generator 3.0 with RDVE
MATAWAN, N.J. - iVoice, Inc. announced the release of its Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Application Generator 3.0 with an enhanced Rapid Development Visual Environment (RDVE).
The iVoice IVR is able to generate applications in a visual platform with "drag" and "drop" commands to offer applications speech recognition, text-to-speech and telephony features.
The iVoice IVR delivers a number of enhancements:
- Answer Command Block allows for the start of script prior to answering an incoming call. It offers the benefit of initiating processes independent of a call to manage incoming calls and call center activities.
- Caller ID Name offers an option to ANI/DNIS command block to return caller ID name to verify, confirm and manage call routing.
- Out-dialing capability, an updated out-dialing function, allows for productive outbound applications.
- Multi-lingual capabilities have been enhanced by the addition of French as a standard application language in addition to a redesigned OpGen for incorporating any Western language.
- Stored procedure DB support allows calling of SQL stored procedures from within a script.
- Additional development tools enhance development and maintenance. They include:
- A "copy/paste" in the application generator that allows copying and pasting of script lines.
- A "go to" line number in application generator that allows for jumping to a specific line number while editing a script.
- A "find/find next" in the application generator that allows for searching for text in any label field while editing a script.
- A "select line" check box column with a "select all" check box in application generator that allows selection of script lines for copy/paste operations.
- A "current line" indicator in the application generator that is an added visual indicator showing current line.
The Speech Enabled IVR telephony application is based on a modular architecture. The main IVR program controls multiple IVR applications. The IVR application generator enables automatic routing of calls and launches applications based on the number dialed by a caller.
