govONE Solutions Acquires Frank Solutions

govONE Solutions, an eONE Global operating company and provider of electronic payment, tax calculation, service delivery technologies and outsourcing solutions to federal, state and local agencies, financial institutions and businesses, announced it has acquired the assets of Frank Solutions.

Frank Solutions is a provider of interactive voice response (IVR), voice recognition, computer telephony, interactive Web response and e-commerce software for the government, court, utility, insurance and higher education marketplaces. Frank Solutions will operate as a unit of GovConnect, a govONE Solutions subsidiary, which specializes in digital service delivery solutions, professional services and payment processing for government agencies.

govONE Solutions already serves more than 2million taxpayers, processing 40 million payments valued at $1 trillion annually.

Additionally, Frank Solutions' experience in the court and utility marketplaces increases GovConnect's overall payment technology capabilities, creating new revenue opportunities in adjacent markets. Frank Solutions also offers synergistic opportunities with First Data Corp. by leveraging ancillary services such as call centers and print/mail outsourcing services.

Frank Solutions will remain headquartered in Englewood, Colo., where govONE Solutions and First Data also are based. Frank Solutions' co- founders and owners, president Bruce Frank and senior vice president of sales and marketing Greg Trainor, will join govONE Solutions, along with Frank Solutions' additional 46 employees.
